Went this evening for my birthday, manager brought me a complimentary drink and a card over with was a really nice surprise. Food was really nice. This was our second time and we will definitely be back soon
First time visiting and will definitely go again. Staff were lovely, Alissa served us mainly but even between another waitress was checking we were ok for drinks and stuff. Cocktails were lovely. Food was nice and decent portions. When asked if we were celebrating anything and my friend mentioned it was my birthday, a card and glass of prosecco was placed on the table a few minutes later which was so nice and much appreciated.
I went there today for a meal with my mother ,we really enjoyed the food and the place and Reiss was really good at advising us some of the choices and gave great service . I will go there again

Excellent attentive service from staff who know their onions. We booked online an hour before our booking and when we got there they said our table was upstairs. The upstairs area seems very nice but my wife has a bad knee so Alissa fitted us in on the ground floor without a second thought. The food was very good (Pork Sunday Roast) and the wine was perfect temperature (a Chilean Merlot). Deserts were nice too (Stick Toffee Pudding). We will certainly call again next time we are local.
Visited staffordshire grill for a family outing and tried the food off the new menu. The food was delicious and reasonable price. Will and Reiss had shown great customer service. Will be coming back!x
I've been here before and decided this was the place I wanted to celebrate my birthday at. When we arrived we were asked if celebrating anything and advised it was my birthday. The restaurant area is luxurious with soft lighting. I was instantly brought a complementary glass of bubbles and a birthday card from the restaurant which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. We had a starter main and dessert and cannot fault the food. The waiting staff was friendly. A sauce was missed off my fillet steak but when asked it was brought out within a couple of minutes. They even decorated dessert with 'Happy Birthday' we both had starter, mains and desserts, soft drink and cocktail and came to just under 100 which I feel was good value for money. The plates and cutlery are of modern design and comfy chairs. There is a bar area within view and a small screen separating the areas.
Throughly enjoyed my visit to this beautiful bar and grill. The food was amazing and the staff were even nicer! Will definitely be leaving wales to visit again ...
